Klyne is an AI-powered document editor that allows users to create, edit, and share documents. The Service includes AI-powered features for generating and editing content, document management, and sharing capabilities.

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before using it. Klyne does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of AI-generated content.

8. Service Availability
Klyne is currently in Beta. We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, defects, or interruptions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Klyne shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Klyne, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
